We provide a variety of shipping options owing to our long-standing relationships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack each item according to our strict requirements. Your products will go through an exhaustive inspection and properly secured before they are delivered. Each day, we ship to thousands of customers in different countries. Orders that contain more than 1 item are given processing time for each item.
We will carefully examine all products before they are shipped. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not completely manage it because many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as the day you received it. It must also be in the original package.
